Course Information
All co-workers need training in fall protection and rescue/evacuation. All companies must have documentation showing competence, action plans and protocol for inspected fall protection gear. Have you performed training lately?
By all work above two meter, where fixed fall protection is missing, or other specific fall risk occur, personal fall protection equipment must be used. Empoyees must be trained in fall protection becoming aware of the risks involved.
There are several provision to dictate the terms for work with fall risks:

AFS 2001:3 Use of personal fall protection equipment
AFS 1981:14 Protection against injuries from fall
AFS 1986:26 Work on ships
AFS 2013:4 Scaffolding
AFS 2000:6 Mast- and pole work
AFS 2006:6 Use of lifting devices and lifting accessories
AFS 2006:7 Temporary person lifts with cranes or forklifts
AFS 1999:3 Building and civil engineering
Target group
Construction work, industry, theater, police, military, offshore, infrastructure, scaffolding and work from boom or scissorlift/EWP.
Goal
Knowledge of equipment, risk assessment and evacuation/rescue – risk of injuries. Capability to prevent fall risks, manege appearing fall risks and planning for a rescue action.
