To lead is to lead by example. With our leadership and project management course we develop construction businesses, leaders and teams.

Course information about Leadership and Project Management

Chief management will be put aside during this course. Instead we bring up the practical ways and the hard balance that a work leader must run everyday. A few examples include:

Leader or buddy?
Follow the rules, or make up your own?
What rules apply, for real?
Who am I, and how should I control my own development to show the way to others?
How does a team work, and what makes it become more efficient than others?
How can i succeed to plan, perform and follow up a project?

We also cover knowledge within Swedish entrepreneurship law, work environment regulations and Labour law.

Everyone with leading funcions within building and civil engineering.

The education comprises 5 course days with one or two course days per week.

On-site course: 22,900 SEK excl. VAT

Livestreamed course: 21,900 SEK excl. VAT

Course goals and certification

After the course, team leaders will be able to meet their team, create effective teams and lead with work satisfaction and potential. Create your own leader in yourself, with your team.

You recieve a certificate after the completed course.

Previous knowledge

Previous knowledge: Good English language skills. Previous experience from leadership is beneficial.
